1. General Provisions
These terms define the conditions of participation in the Referral Program organized by the ALVALINE Laser Hair Removal Center, hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer.”
The Referral Program is intended for customers of the Organizer who meet the criteria set forth in this Regulation.
The Program operates within the territory of the Republic of Lithuania.
Participation in the Program is voluntary and free of charge.
Joining the Program means full acceptance of this Regulation.

2. Definitions
Referral Program — a promotional campaign by the Organizer aimed at rewarding customers for attracting new clients.
Participant — an ALVALINE client who has previously used the Organizer’s services and joined the Program.
Referrer — a Program Participant who informs other persons about the Organizer’s services.
Referred Client — a new person who has not previously used ALVALINE’s services and comes by recommendation.
Bonus — virtual funds credited to the client’s account in the ALVALINE system, which can be used in accordance with this Regulation.

3. Conditions of Participation in the Program
Only clients with an active account in the ALVALINE system who have previously used the Organizer’s services can participate in the Program.
The Referrer can invite an unlimited number of new clients.
When booking and visiting ALVALINE for the first time, the Referred Client must provide the Referrer’s phone number to the salon staff.
The recommendation is considered valid only if the Referred Client has paid for and completed the service.

4. Bonus Allocation
The Referrer receives a bonus of 25 euros for each invited client who uses the paid services of ALVALINE.
The Referred Client receives a bonus of 15 euros after their first visit.
Bonuses are credited to the virtual account of the client in the ALVALINE system.
Bonuses cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to third parties.
The number of invited clients and the amount of bonuses are unlimited.

5. Use of Bonuses
Bonuses can be used exclusively for:

5.1. payment for laser hair removal procedures offered by ALVALINE;

5.2. purchase of subscriptions or gift certificates;

5.3 purchase of cosmetic products offered by ALVALINE.
Bonuses cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to a client’s or third party’s bank account.
Bonuses are tied to a specific client account and can only be used by the account owner personally. Transfer or sale of bonuses to others is prohibited.
Bonuses have no expiration date — they remain active until fully used, unless otherwise provided by this Regulation or in case of abuse detection.
In case of complaints regarding services, subscriptions, or products fully or partially paid with bonuses:

5.3. bonuses are not refunded or recredited;

5.4. the client has no right to claim a refund of used bonuses in any form.
In case of cancellation of an appointment paid with bonuses due to the client’s fault (e.g., no-show or late cancellation), bonuses are forfeited and not restored.
In case of Program abuse (e.g., creation of fake accounts, self-referrals, manipulation of phone numbers or personal data), the Organizer reserves the right to:

5.4.1. cancel credited bonuses;

5.4.2. block or delete the client account;

5.4.3. refuse further participation in the Program;

5.4.4. claim compensation for damages caused.
The Organizer reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the invitation and the identity of the Referred Client. If there are doubts about the validity of the referral, the bonus may not be credited.
The Organizer reserves the right to suspend or cancel credited bonuses at any time if deemed necessary to protect the integrity of the Program or the interests of the company.

6. Liability and Amendments to the Regulation
The Organizer reserves the right to:

6.1. amend this Regulation at any time;

6.2. terminate the Program at any time;

6.3. verify the legitimacy of bonus allocation and refuse bonuses in case of suspected abuse.
Amendments to the Regulation come into effect upon publication on the Organizer’s official website unless otherwise stated.
The Organizer is not responsible for failures in information systems or Participant errors that prevent bonus allocation.

7. Final Provisions
All matters not regulated by this Regulation are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
