Yes. We remove only what you mark — usually the neck and the line below the outline; the beard outline itself stays. We agree the borders at the examination, before the first flash.

About the treatment
What it is per treatment
The forearms are the part of the arm from the elbow to the hand. In men the hair here is usually lighter and sparser than above the elbow, and this is the first thing the specialist assesses: the laser goes by pigment, so the response on light hair is weaker, and this is said before you book rather than afterwards. The forearm is treated on both sides, with the arm turned; the inner surface is more sensitive than the outer one. At the elbow and the wrist the skin lies over bone, and the passes there are made more slowly. The hand and fingers are not part of this area and are agreed separately. The forearms are done as a course at 4–8 week intervals: only hair in the active growth phase is taken during a visit.
Here, more often than in other men's areas, people ask not to remove the hair but to make it sparser and finer — a forearm is not usually left completely bare. That is settled not by the device settings but by the number of visits: you can stop at any stage, once the result suits you. Full removal takes 6–10 sessions on average, thinning noticeably fewer — the specialist discusses the stopping point with you at the consultation. Preparation: shave the day before or on the day of the visit, no waxing or tweezers for 2–4 weeks before the session. And 2–4 weeks without strong sun or a tanning bed: the forearms are on show all year round and tan faster than you would think.
How the visit goes
How it goes the treatment
- 01Skin preparation2–4 weeks without sun or sunbed, 2–4 weeks without wax, sugaring or tweezers; the day before or on the day, shave the area with an ordinary razor.
- 02Phototype and settingsThe specialist determines your skin phototype and sets the device accordingly; a cooling gel is applied to the skin.
- 03SessionThe handpiece passes over the area in flashes; built-in cooling keeps it comfortable. A visible effect comes after the first session: growth slows and hairs begin to shed.
- 04AfterwardsTwo weeks without sun or sunbed; do not pull hairs from the root — shaving only. The next visit is scheduled at an interval the specialist chooses.

Still have questions?
Book online — the specialist will examine the area, check for contraindications and create your treatment plan at our Šiauliai salon.
That is what people most often come for: the less hair there is, the fewer reasons for ingrown hairs and irritation. Only a course removes the problem completely, not a single session.
Large areas are done as a course at 4–8 week intervals, on average 6–10 sessions. The laser sees dense dark hair well, so men's areas often respond confidently.
The price depends on the size of the area and the length of the session: where the hair is denser and there is more work, the price is higher. Small areas cost the same as in the general price list.
We do not work with the laser over tattoos or moles — we go around those spots or cover them. Fresh scars and skin damage need time to heal; the specialist will look at the area at the examination.
Less well: the laser follows pigment, and there is almost none in grey and very light hair. We will say so plainly before the course starts, not after payment.
The treatment takes place one to one with the specialist, and everything outside the working area is covered. For our staff this is ordinary work to protocol — including delicate areas.
