What it is per treatment
Shoulders in the men's price list mean the top of the shoulder girdle: the upper shoulders and the area of the deltoid muscles, where hair appears in many men with age under the influence of androgens. The area is convex, so the specialist moves the handpiece along an arc, turning the body — on a flat pass part of the pulse would glance off. The hair here is thicker than women's and sits deeper, so the power is set higher. The shoulders are almost always taken together with the back: the border between them is arbitrary and is agreed before the start, otherwise a strip of untreated hair is left between the areas. Only hair in the active growth phase responds during a visit, so the course runs at 4–8 week intervals.
There is a separate reason why this area is not dealt with at home: shaving your own shoulders evenly is next to impossible — your arm cannot get the right angle and the result comes out patchy. The laser removes the task itself rather than making it easier. On average 6–10 sessions are needed; men's hair is denser and deeper than women's, so more visits are usually required. Preparation: shave the area the day before or on the day of the visit — ask someone to help with the back of the upper shoulder; no waxing for 2–4 weeks before the session. The specialist marks moles and works around them, you do not need to cover them yourself. And 2–4 weeks without strong sun or a tanning bed: the shoulders are on show all summer.

That is what people most often come for: the less hair there is, the fewer reasons for ingrown hairs and irritation. Only a course removes the problem completely, not a single session.
Large areas are done as a course at 4–8 week intervals, on average 6–10 sessions. The laser sees dense dark hair well, so men's areas often respond confidently.
The price depends on the size of the area and the length of the session: where the hair is denser and there is more work, the price is higher. Small areas cost the same as in the general price list.
We do not work with the laser over tattoos or moles — we go around those spots or cover them. Fresh scars and skin damage need time to heal; the specialist will look at the area at the examination.
Less well: the laser follows pigment, and there is almost none in grey and very light hair. We will say so plainly before the course starts, not after payment.
The treatment takes place one to one with the specialist, and everything outside the working area is covered. For our staff this is ordinary work to protocol — including delicate areas.
