What it is per treatment
Cavitation is ultrasound only, without the vacuum and radio frequency found in the combined programmes. A low-frequency wave passes through the skin into the subcutaneous layer and creates microbubbles in the intercellular fluid; as they collapse they act on the membrane of the fat cells and the contents leave the cell. Contact gel is applied to the zone and the specialist moves the handpiece slowly in the direction of the lymph nodes. The work is done on areas with local deposits: abdomen, waist and flanks, thighs, buttocks, arms. What you feel: warmth, light vibration and a characteristic whistling or buzzing in the ears — the sound travels through bone tissue to the inner ear; this is a normal part of the procedure, not a fault of the device, and it ends together with the session.
The full format differs from the short one in coverage: in that time several zones are treated, or one large zone is worked more densely, while the power and the technique stay the same. After that, everything depends on water: the released contents of the cells leave through the lymph and are processed by the body, so the drinking regime before and after the session is part of the treatment, not an afterthought. It is worth knowing separately what cavitation does not do: it does not tighten the skin and does not work on lymphatic congestion — in the combined programmes radio frequency and vacuum are responsible for that, and if this is precisely the task, the specialist will suggest the sequence at the examination. How many visits are needed and at what interval, that same examination will say. Come without a fresh tan and without damaged skin in the zone.

No, and we do not promise otherwise. Cavitation helps with local areas that respond poorly to exercise. Without your usual activity and diet the result will not hold.
