The specialist works over the area with a handpiece and gel: ultrasound acts on the subcutaneous fat tissue. The session is 30 or 60 minutes depending on the size of the area; the sensations are comfortable and a characteristic high-pitched sound is audible.

About the treatment
What it is per treatment
The Three in One programme is an equipment-based body treatment in which three handpieces work one after another in a single session. First, ultrasonic cavitation: low-frequency ultrasound reaches the subcutaneous layer and acts on fat cells, whose contents the body then clears naturally. Next, vacuum massage — the handpiece gently lifts the skin, increases blood flow and moves the lymph. Radiofrequency finishes the session: RF warms the deeper layers, and in response to that warming the skin firms up. Contact gel is applied to the area — without it ultrasound and radio waves do not travel deep evenly. The hour-long format differs from the half-hour one not in intensity but in coverage: in that time the specialist can take more areas or work one of them more densely.
The result of this programme is cumulative and depends on how you live between visits: cavitation releases the contents of the cells, but it is the body itself that clears them — which is why water before and after the session is not a formality here. How many visits are needed and at what spacing, the specialist will say after an examination — based on the area, the goal and how the body responded to the first session. Preparation: drink water before the visit, so the lymph moves more actively and the tissues are more elastic; a heavy meal right before the treatment is better postponed. After the session — water again and light activity, a walk or a calm workout. Come without a fresh tan and without damaged skin in the area; the full list of restrictions is checked by the specialist at the examination.

Choose a concern — on the right we show at once how the treatment helps and which protocol we usually take.
Local volume stays put
Stomach and thighs do not respond to sport or diet. Cavitation works on local deposits as a course.
Guidance, not a diagnosis. The final protocol follows an examination or a skin scan.
How the visit goes
How it goes the treatment
- 01Before the visit — waterAbout 0.5–1 l of water before the procedure: the lymphatic system works harder and tissues are more elastic, so the treatment is more effective.
- 02Contact gelA gel is applied that carries ultrasound and RF waves deeper and more evenly.
- 03CavitationLow-frequency ultrasound reaches the subcutaneous layer; fat cells break down and are cleared naturally.
- 04Vacuum and RFThe massage head gently lifts the skin and moves lymph; radiofrequency warms the tissue and firms the skin.
- 05Afterwards — water again1.5–2.5 l over the next few hours, a walk or light activity — the body clears excess fluid faster and the result shows sooner.
Before · during · after
Preparation and aftercare
- 01Before the treatmentA few hours before — 0.5–1 l of water. Water helps the lymph move more actively, tissues become more elastic, and the treatment works better.
- 02After the treatment1.5–2.5 l of water in the next few hours. Well-hydrated skin removes excess fluid faster, and the result is more visible.
- 03The same dayA walk or light physical activity — movement helps the body finish what it started.

Still have questions?
Book online — the specialist will examine the area, check for contraindications and create your treatment plan at our Kaunas salon.
Cavitation works as a course — usually 6–10 treatments, at an interval set by the specialist. A one-off treatment gives a feeling of tone; only a course gives a lasting change in volume.
No, and we do not promise otherwise. Cavitation helps with local areas that respond poorly to exercise. Without your usual activity and diet the result will not hold.
A combined visit: cavitation plus additional treatment of the same area in one session — 30 or 60 minutes. The specialist will say at the examination what the programme will include for your goal.
Drink water before and after the session, and do not come straight after a heavy meal. On the day of the treatment — no alcohol. The specialist will confirm the rest at the examination.
Pregnancy and breastfeeding, liver and kidney disease, a pacemaker, metal implants in the area, acute inflammation. Contraindications are checked before the start — it is part of the visit.
This area is not available in every salon. The cities where cavitation can be booked are shown in the salon selector when you book — if it is not available in your city, Alva will point you to the nearest one.
